Christmas is almost here.
What do you all think of when you hear “Christmas”?
Santa? Rudolph? Gifts? Carols?

As the end of the year approaches, we’ve set up various photo zones, including Christmas trees, throughout Jeonju.
I’m here to tell you about three great places in Jeonju to enjoy the Christmas night views.

| A Jeonju Christmas night view highlight is the Presbyterian Medical Center.

Each December, a tree lighting ceremony is held at the Presbyterian Medical Center.
Seeing the Christmas spirit come alive as people pass through this busy area makes you really feel that Christmas is near.

Near the Presbyterian Medical Center are several middle and high schools, as well as universities.
Watching students take photos as they pass by brings back memories of my school days and the annual excitement for Christmas.

| Another Jeonju Christmas night view highlight is Ogeori Culture Plaza.

Each year, a large Christmas tree is set up at the Ogeori Culture Plaza in downtown Jeonju.

Many people were creating memories in front of the large Christmas tree and at variously shaped photo zones around Ogeori Culture Plaza during my evening visit.

If you enjoy food and culture on Gaekridan-gil and Weri-dan-gil, then pass through Ogeori Culture Plaza. Why not create some year-end memories with your family, partners, or friends at the beautifully decorated photo zones?

| A notable spot for Christmas night views in Jeonju is the White Western-Style House in Jeonju Hanok Village.

Jeonju is synonymous with Hanok Village!
Christmas has arrived at Hanok Village as well.
Passing by Gyeonggijeon, you come across the old provincial governor’s residence, now reborn as the cultural space known as White Western-Style House.
White Western-Style House has been transformed into a popular photo zone for Christmas.

After snapping some photos at the White Western-Style House photo zone, a short walk down Gyeonggijeon-gil leads you to ‘1938 Mansion,’ a café that complements the Hanok Village with its vintage vibe, where many people also enjoy taking photos.

I’ve introduced the three best spots in Jeonju for enjoying the Christmas night views.

It’s freezing, but why not make some memories by taking photos with your dear ones in front of various Christmas trees around Jeonju?
And as we close out 2024, how about telling each other ‘well done’ for the year and welcoming Christmas together?

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas~
